1. Is our patient data safe with you?
Patient data is the most sensitive asset in any engagement — we treat it that way from day one. Every build includes encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access control, audit trails, and data minimisation as standard architecture. Before any third-party technology enters your build, we assess it for compliance and require Business Associate Agreements where applicable. We never use patient data for model training or any purpose outside your agreed build scope.
